There is No classroom training required. This Is An Online Course Available for Download With Readable Content. No Textbooks Or Video Demos Are Included. The course can also be taken on any device that has access to the Internet:

    Complete the course at your own pace. You have up to 1 year to complete the course.  Our online courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and you can start and stop as often as necessary to accommodate your schedule.

      The 2 EASY steps to being renewing your license

      1. Create a login at checkout before checking out & purchase your course(s) 
      2. Click "My Courses" to Review the course immediately, download your certificate of completion, and email us your license number so we can report your credits to the Board of Real Estate on your behalf

      Post-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 75% and may be taken twice in order to pass. If the exam is not passed the second time, the licensee must re-enroll at no cost (by contacting customer support) and retake the entire course, including the final exam. Licensees will be allotted 1.8 minutes per question. Licensees have up to 1 year, after failing the first exam to complete a second attempt.

      Reporting: The state requires schools to report course completions within seven to ten days from the course completion date.
